LYFE REWARDS Terms & Conditions
Enrollment in the Lyfe Rewards program (“Lyfe Rewards”) is subject to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”), which Lyfe Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Lyfe”) may update or change from time to time. Changes to these Terms or any criteria for participation in Lyfe Rewards contained herein shall become effective upon the posting of such changes to these Terms. Continued use of Lyfe Rewards and redemption of Points is considered acceptance of, and agreement to, be bound by any changes made to these Terms or any criteria contained therein. Lyfe Rewards is available to Lyfe Dispensary adult-use purchasers 21 years of age and older who enroll in Lyfe Rewards via https://lyfeil.com/rewards/ (the “Participant”). By signing up for Lyfe Rewards, Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and by Lyfe’s Privacy Policy (https://lyfeil.com/privacy-policy/). If Participant does not agree to these Terms, Participant should not enroll in Lyfe Rewards.
HOW TO SIGN UP FOR LYFE REWARDS
To enroll in Lyfe Rewards, Participant must (1) create an account for Lyfe Rewards by providing their name, email address, and phone number, and (2) create a personal password.
When Participant creates a Lyfe Rewards account, Participant will receive a “Welcome” email from Lyfe. By creating a Lyfe Rewards account, Participant agrees to receive email communications and marketing solicitations from Lyfe. Further, Participant agrees that by creating a Lyfe Rewards account, Participant consents to the storage of their personally identifiable information such as name, email address, transaction history, and any other purchase or demographic data collected by Lyfe. Participant may opt out of email communications and marketing solicitations at any time but will still remain part of Lyfe Rewards unless Participant separately cancels their Lyfe Rewards account as detailed below. Consent to receive emails from Lyfe or enrollment in Lyfe Rewards is not required as a condition of any purchase.
Any Lyfe team member cannot participate in Lyfe Rewards as long as they are employed at Lyfe.
Only one (1) Lyfe Rewards account may be created per person, per email address. Any person attempting to create, obtain or use more than one Lyfe Rewards account may be barred from participating in Lyfe Rewards at Lyfe’s sole discretion. Participant represents and warrants that all registration information submitted is truthful and accurate, and that Participant will maintain the accuracy of such information at all times. Lyfe is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by the Participant.
To cancel a Lyfe Rewards account, please email rewards@LyfeIL.com. Participant’s information will be removed from Lyfe’s system within seventy-two (72) hours of Lyfe receiving Participant’s cancellation notification. It will also remove any earned points or rewards that have been accrued by Guest through the date of termination.
HOW TO EARN POINTS WITH LYFE REWARDS
Participant will accrue one (1) Lyfe Rewards point (“Point”) for every one dollar ($1.00) spent on the total qualifying purchase of both cannabis and non-cannabis products (net of discounts, returns, credits, and taxes) made at any participating Lyfe Dispensary. Participants may not transfer Points to anyone else including other Lyfe Rewards Participants. Any purchases made prior to the launch date of the new Lyfe Rewards, if you are NOT already a member, will not be eligible to earn points for Participant. All current members will have their points transferred to the New Lyfe Rewards platform upon signing up prior to June 1st, 2024. To ensure points are awarded to a Lyfe Rewards account, Participant must provide their email or phone number at checkout.
There is no maximum amount of Points a Participant can earn. Points will expire and be removed from Participant’s Lyfe Rewards account after 180 days from the date a qualifying purchase is registered to Participant’s Lyfe Rewards account. From time to time, and at Lyfe’s sole discretion, Lyfe Dispensaries may offer other methods of accruing and redeeming Points. Any methods of accruing and redeeming Points are subject to these Terms and any additional terms otherwise presented.
Lyfe reserves the right, at any time in its sole discretion and without notice to Participant, to modify, suspend or discontinue Lyfe Rewards. Lyfe may, from time to time, also impose rules for and limits on membership to Lyfe Rewards or restrict access to Lyfe Rewards without notice or penalty. Participant agrees Lyfe will not be liable to Participant or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or termination of Participant’s account or Lyfe Rewards.
HOW TO REDEEM LYFE REWARDS POINTS
Once a Participant has accumulated one hundred fifty (150) points, the Participant may redeem these Points for an in-store value which will be applied to their purchase. Points can be redeemed in one hundred fifty (150) Point increments. For every one hundred fifty (150) Points earned and redeemed, Guest will receive five dollars ($5.00) off an in-store purchase. All redemptions are subject to applicable law. Points may not be redeemed for an in-store value when combined in the same purchase with any other rewards, promotions, or discounts offered by Lyfe previously or in the future unless an item is specifically designated as a qualifying item to earn Points by Lyfe at the time of purchase. LYFE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY POINTS THAT CANNOT BE REDEEMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS DUE TO RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
If the total sale of the Participant’s purchase is greater than the Points being redeemed, the Participant must provide payment for the remaining cost of the purchase prior to completing the transaction.
When Points are redeemed for an in-store value, these Points will be deducted from the Participant’s Lyfe Rewards account point balance at the time of redemption. To redeem any accumulated points, participants must request a Point redemption prior to checkout being completed. Points may not be redeemed for cash. Points are only valid for in-store purchases. The entire amount of points which qualifies a Participant for an in-store value must be used on the same purchase.
Points are non-transferable and can be redeemed only by the Participant associated with the Lyfe Rewards account.
Should Participant return a product(s) that was purchased in a transaction where Points were redeemed, Participant will not be refunded any Points redeemed.
Should Participant’s Points be lost or stolen, Participant’s Points will not be replaced. Participants agree that they are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Lyfe Rewards login information and shall remain responsible for all activities that occur under their Lyfe Rewards account. Should the Participant know of an unauthorized use or suspect an unauthorized use of their Lyfe Rewards account (“Unauthorized Breach”), the Participant must immediately notify Lyfe. Lyfe will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Participant’s failure to report an Unauthorized Breach. Lyfe may suspend or terminate Participant’s account at any time, at its sole discretion. Lyfe may alter and/or discontinue Lyfe Rewards at any time without notice.
Participants will be responsible for ensuring that Points are properly credited to their Lyfe Rewards account. If Participant believes that Points were not properly credited to their Lyfe Rewards account, Participant must notify Lyfe immediately by emailing Rewards@LyfeIL.com. Participants must include the receipt for the purchase they believe was not properly credited to their account. Any claim regarding Points not credited to a Lyfe Rewards account must be received by Lyfe within 14 days of the date of purchase. Lyfe shall not be responsible for any and all errors or for any and all delay(s) or failure to credit Points to Participant’s Lyfe Rewards account.
LYFE REWARDS ACCOUNT CANCELLATION BY LYFE
Lyfe will take any action it considers appropriate in its sole discretion, including removing or suspending Participant’s Lyfe Rewards account or canceling Points accrued if Lyfe suspects, detects, or becomes aware of any suspicious or disqualifying activity concerning Participant’s Lyfe Rewards account. Such activity may include but is not limited to:
- engaging in illegal or fraudulent activities;
- supplying false or misleading information, or making representation(s) to Lyfe which are false or suspected to be false;
- selling, assigning, transferring or acquiring, or offering to sell, assign, transfer or acquire any Points other than in accordance with these Terms;
- any breach or suspected breach by participants of these Terms.
Lyfe has the right to seek damages and any other remedies available at law from any such Participant to the fullest extent permitted by law.
LYFE REWARDS IS SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW AND APPROVAL BY INDIVIDUAL U.S. STATES. LYFE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY POINTS THAT CANNOT BE REDEEMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS DUE TO RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED BY APPLICABLE LAW AT ANY TIME. LYFE HAS THE RIGHT TO DISCONTINUE LYFE REWARDS, FOR ANY REASON, AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT NOTICE TO PARTICIPANT.
Lyfe is not responsible for: (a) any damage to a Participant’s computer system or mobile device which is caused by participating in Lyfe Rewards, accessing a Participant’s Lyfe Rewards account, or attempting to redeem Points; (b) technical difficulties or failures of any kind including, but not limited to, availability or accessibility problems arising in connection with Lyfe Rewards; (c) any technical malfunctions or failures, clerical, typographical or other errors in these Terms or any other material; (d) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whatever the cause, or (e) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information in Participant’s Lyfe Rewards account, the failure to capture information in Participant’s Lyfe Rewards account, and or the loss of any information in Participant’s Lyfe Rewards account
Lyfe will take commercially reasonable precautions to protect Participant’s personal data disclosed and stored by Lyfe as part of a Lyfe Rewards account. However, in no event shall Lyfe be liable for any breach, disclosure, or loss of Participant’s personal data.
Should Lyfe suspect or learn that the Lyfe Rewards program is impaired or corrupted or that fraud, breach of confidentiality, or technical problems, failures or malfunctions have destroyed or severely undermined the integrity and/or feasibility of the Lyfe Rewards at any time, Lyfe may terminate Lyfe Rewards immediately.
